The season of Lent begins on Wednesday 22nd of February and ends on Thursday 6th of April 2023.

'Dust and Glory' is a booklet of 40 daily reflections for Lent, on faith, failure and forgiveness. It invites you to find God in the mess of everyday life.

Sunday 2nd April

11.00am: Palm Sunday Messy Church Service

Thursday 6th April

7.30pm: Candle-lit Maundy Thursday evening service

Friday 7th April

10.00am: Joint Service with Hawkinge Baptist Church at St. Luke’s Lighthouse Church, followed by coffee and Hot-Cross Buns

11.30am: Hawkinge Churches meet at Sugarloaf Hill

12.30pm: (approximately) Service at the top of 

Sugarloaf  Hill

Sunday 9th April

6.00am: Churches Together Sunrise Service at the Lower Leas Amphitheatre

11.00am: St. Luke’s Lighthouse Church Easter Service with an Easter Egg hunt for the children children.
