On Saturday Sept 8th, we will be hosting a ‘Freed from Shame’ workshop by Dawn Holmes addressing the stigma and shame of mental health within the church.

An informative and interactive workshop designed to:
• equip churches and individuals on mental health issues
• address what stigma and shame are
• explore what churches and individuals can do practically to support people
• look at positive steps towards change
The day will include a mixture of talks, quizzes, discussion, brainstorming and Q&A time.
There will be a pack to take away with you and books available to buy at a reduced price of £8.
