Update – Call to Prayer
If you want to know how God works through His people, it’s simple, through prayer! We cannot afford to be prayerless.
I would encourage us all to pray for our Christmas events this year. They offer a great opportunity for the gospel, for outreach and growth. Please pray for all our events; the Service of Thanksgiving, (11th), Messy Christmas (17th), Nativity, (18th), Christingle, Midnight Communion, (24th) and the Christmas day service.
I believe there is a call of God on all churches to pray, but that the Lord is specifically calling us in this New Year to a higher level and greater engagement in prayer.
Prayer is the single most important ministry of the church. There is a necessity of prayer that is vital for everything we do in God. For this reason, we will be launching a major prayer initiative in the New Year with prayer and worship events to enable us to breakthrough and unlock all that God wants for us as a church. These times of prayer and worship will take us into a deeper, richer intimacy with the Lord to release more of his anointing and a greater measure of his prophetic gifting and presence.
More details to follow.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
